The eponymous brand, Palmeo London produces small batches or bespoke collections crafted by local ateliers that are independently owned and operated and talent freelancers with industry experience or education. Our contribution to sustainability with onshore manufacturing. Now more than ever, prioritizing sustainability and protecting natural resources is essential.
Our design concept uniquely blends the modified globalization strategy of the leading Haute Couture Parisian fashion house and the influence of the " historical 'Designer of Dreams." This idealistic couturier's 'The Bar Jacket,' which signaled a new era in fashion, has inspired our designs, particularly the designer's influence on Edwardian-era corsetry.
Like a prominent fashion designer's relationship with a wealthy textile magnate to use the finest fabrics, we have sourced high-end deadstock fabrics from the world’s leading fashion masons to create an atelier collection from our founder's 2006 portfolio archive. This commitment to quality and sustainability is evident in our limited edition atelier collection jacket.
The jacket is a piece of fashion iconography. In 1981, with the launch of MTV, the jacket worn in the Thriller, Beat It, Billie Jean, and Faith music videos became as iconic as the artists. I began to think about embodying the silhouette with today's Renaissance Eras and legendary music entertainment icons and empowering women.
